Carolina Park recently announced the sale of its 200th home, while development continues to keep up with increasing demand. "We've been extremely pleased with the results,” said Brian Keels, Carolina Park Marketing Director.
“As more and more people move to Mount Pleasant, we’re finding that what we offer has tremendous appeal. Living in Carolina Park is a lifestyle choice. Between the access to great schools, recreational opportunities, healthcare, beaches, and with seven different builders to choose from, what more could you ask for?" continued Keels.
Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre family oriented mixed-use residential and commercial community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. This master-planned community is slated to have 1,500 single family homes and 500 luxury apartments. The property incorporates Wando High School as well as Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital and will eventually become home to more than 1,700 families.
Seven of the area’s top homebuilders make up the Carolina Park Builder Team, offering new homes starting from the upper $300s and custom homes in the Riverside neighborhood starting from the $500s. Builders include Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Saussy Burbank, Cline Homes, Sabal Homes, The Burton Company and Structures Building Company.
“Our Builder Team has really been exceptional. Together, they allow us to provide a range of home designs, and price points that homebuyers won’t find anywhere else,” adds Keels. “As a result, we’ve had tremendous activity in every phase of the development. Our biggest challenge now is keeping up with demand, and that’s a really nice challenge to have.”
