Having opened its doors in the summer of 2018, Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park consists of 142 spacious apartments as well as 12 freestanding cottages. Offering senior living, assisted living and memory care, the facility is located near the heart of The Village, providing convenient access to all of Carolina Park's features and amenities, as well as the future Town Center and nearby shopping, dining and more.

When the time comes that you need a helping hand – or a little bit more than that – The Marsh provides unparalleled comfort and care in an environment that’s as warm and caring as it is beautiful. Located in Restore at Carolina Park, The Marsh is part of this active adult community’s continuum of care for residents 55 and older.
