Carolina Park has announced the newest addition to its expansive builder team. FrontDoor Communities, headquartered in Atlanta and boasting experience in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Georgia and Florida, is the ninth homebuilder to commit to Carolina Park.
FrontDoor will be building in The Village at Carolina Park, where a stunning collection of homes sit surrounded by natural beauty and provide easy access to the countless amenities of this fast-growing community. FrontDoor’s model home on Model Row, next to our main Sales Center, is now open and is managed by Carolina One New Homes.

Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre mixed-use community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School as well as Roper Saint Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital and will become home to more than 1,500 families. Nine of the region’s top homebuilders are now onboard, offering new Village homes starting in the $300s and custom homes in the Riverside neighborhood starting in the $500s.
