One of Carolina Park’s nine builders, Ryland Homes, has announced a merger with homebuilder Standard Pacific. Both have nearly 100 years of homebuilding experience and a similar culture known for quality homes and superior customer service.
Together as a single company they will be building houses in 20 of the top 25 national metro areas and will see many benefits, including:

- Geographic and product diversification
Ryland's current chief, Larry Nicholson, said that with the combined forces, homebuyers can be confident that “we will be better together.”
