Already recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most popular communities in the Lowcountry, Carolina Park’s reputation and appeal will only grow stronger on the heels of the 26th annual Charleston Home Builders Association PRISM Awards ceremony. Four members of the Carolina Park Builder Team, as well as sales partner Carolina One New Homes, earned honors. And to top it all off, Carolina Park’s new Residents Club pool and amenity center was named the best new facility of its kind in the greater Charleston area.
“We’re really pleased to have our new pool recognized by the Charleston Home Builders Association,” said Brian Keels, marketing director for Carolina Park. “We worked closely with Aqua Blue Pools to develop a special amenity for our residents to enjoy, and they did an amazing job helping us realize our vision for a spectacular recreational environment.”
The Carolina Park Builder Team was well represented, earning a total of 30 awards in categories ranging from “Excellence in Advertising,” “Sales” and “Service” to “Best Use of Technology,” “Best Home Product” and even “Green Housing.” Award winners included Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes, JacksonBuilt Custom Homes and Structures Building Company. Carolina One New Homes, who oversees sales throughout the community, was recognized multiple times for outstanding sales performance.
“We’ve been very selective in choosing our partners and in particular the members of our Builder Team,” continued Keels. “To see these companies awarded simply reinforces our confidence and gives homebuyers another level of comfort in choosing to move their families to Carolina Park.”
The PRISM Awards are given out once annually, with winners being determined by peers from other communities. The awards banquet was held on Friday, Nov. 7, at the American Theatre in downtown Charleston.
