Homeowners can enjoy new pool and amenity center in time for summer --
Carolina Park is pleased to announce that their awaited Residents Club is now open. The club is located at the heart of the community and includes a junior Olympic-sized pool with beach entry, kid-friendly water features, changing rooms, showers and nautical themed playground. Future features for this amenity will include an open-air pavilion with outdoor kitchen, tennis courts and expansive space for gatherings.
Carolina Park hosted a Grand Opening event for Realtors on Thursday, July 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., unveiling the Residents Club in the public sphere for the first time and encouraging attendees to take a Tour of Homes in order to see what variety of builders, designs, homesites and more that the community offers. Over 200 people attended, and response onsite was overwhelmingly positive.
“We’re thrilled that the Residents Club is now officially open for our homeowners and their families. It was important for us to have this amenity available this summer so that residents could enjoy even more conveniences as Carolina Park grows,” said Marketing Director Brian Keels.
Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre family oriented master-planned community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School, as well as Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and will eventually become home to more than 1,500 families. Five of the region’s top homebuilders have already joined the team, offering new semi-custom homes starting in the $300s and new custom homes in the Riverside at Carolina Park neighborhood starting in the $500s.
