New pool and amenity center are just the latest additions to fast-growing community --
Carolina Park has announced the completion of its eagerly anticipated Residents Club. Slated for a mid-July opening, the club includes a junior Olympic-sized pool with beach entry, kid-friendly water features and nautical themed playground. Future phases will feature an open-air pavilion with outdoor kitchen, tennis courts and expansive space for outdoor gatherings.
“We’re excited to be opening the club to residents in time for summer, and we hope they’ll be as happy as we are with the amenity,” said Brian Keels, Marketing Director. “The club’s central location will serve as a community gathering place where our residents will be able to relax, play and really enjoy time with family and friends. It’s a centerpiece of the community, and I think it will exceed expectations.”
Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre family oriented master-planned community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School, as well as Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and will eventually become home to more than 1,500 families. Five of the region’s top homebuilders have already joined the team, offering new semi-custom homes starting in the $300s and custom homes in the new Riverside neighborhood starting in the $500s.
“It’s an exciting time here,” continued Keels. “With the construction starting soon on the next two phases of single family lots, the new Center for Advanced Studies at Wando under construction, the new fire/EMS station in the design phase, the recent introduction of our Riverside neighborhood and now the Residents Club opening, we’ve seen traffic and sales continue to accelerate. That tells us we’re doing something right, and that’s very rewarding.”
