As the first official public welcoming for our new Sales Center and Model Row, Carolina Park hosted a Grand Opening event for realtors on Thursday, March 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests were able to enjoy food and beverages catered by Mosaic, visit the completely outfitted Sales Center managed by our Carolina One Real Estate team, pick up valuable community and homes information and participate in a Tour of Homes. There were nine homes featured on the tour, one from each of our prestigious builders. Representatives for all nine builders were also exhibiting and networking throughout the event area. Over 200 people attended, and response onsite was overwhelmingly positive.
The Sales Center is located at 1526 Banning Street, across from our Residents Club and pool, and is open seven days a week: Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. Next to the Sales Center are three model homes from builders Saussy Burbank, FrontDoor Communities and Ryland Homes, creating Model Row.
