Carolina Park Announces 30 New Custom Home Sites in Riverside’s Bolden Lake

May 9, 2019 – Mt. Pleasant, SC – Carolina Park, the region’s premier master planned community, has announced the release of 30 new home sites in its popular Riverside custom homes community.

Set in the heart of Riverside’s 545 acres, more than half of which are permanently preserved, this new collection of custom home sites will present homebuyers a wide range of choices. From lake and pond views to more private wooded settings, every one of the ¼- to ½-acre home sites will be just steps away from 20-acre Bolden Lake.

“The first phase of Bolden Lake has nearly sold out. This new release is really a response to the strong demand,” said Brian Keels of Carolina Park. “The close proximity to the park and the lake, along with the chance to work with any of our five custom builders, has made this one of our most popular neighborhoods to date.”

For a limited time, homebuyers will have the opportunity to select an existing plan from one of the community’s five award-winning custom builders, or work with one of those builders to create a home that is completely custom from the ground up.

Riverside features custom-designed homes from our team of 5 award-winning local builders – but with tremendous flexibility,” said Haley Cuzzell, Community Sales Manager at Carolina Park. “Buyers can choose the perfect lot and then work with their builder to customize the exterior and interior of an existing plan. Or, they can work with the builder to design and create a home entirely from scratch – completely custom. Either way, every aspect of the build can be tailored to their wants and needs. From details like custom shelving and lighting all the way to modifying floor plans and window styles to optimize views or ensure privacy, our builders are ready to create exactly the home the buyer has in their imagination.”

Designed to fit seamlessly into Riverside’s rich, natural landscape, these new homes will feature traditional architectural features inspired by historic coastal towns like Savannah, Beaufort, and nearby Charleston. Tasteful and relaxed, with an understated elegance reflective of the Lowcountry lifestyle.

“Our builders have done a remarkable job of combining the traditional with the contemporary,” said Ms. Cuzzell. “The homes throughout Riverside reflect the timeless traditions of the region, but have the contemporary floor plans, features, efficiency and technology that today’s custom homebuyer expects and demands. Add in an incredible setting like Bolden Lake, and it’s a combination unlike anything else in the Mt. Pleasant area.”
