Carolina Park has announced the newest addition to its highly regarded builder team. JacksonBuilt Custom Homes, considered to be one of the region’s finest, is the eighth homebuilder to join Carolina Park.
JacksonBuilt will be building in Riverside, a private enclave of custom homes set on larger quarter to half-acre lots and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Riverside is one of the few remaining communities in Mount Pleasant where buyers can build custom homes.
The company focuses on creating homes that are distinctive and original. Their designs make excellent use of space while providing each home with a “voice” that speaks to the unique details, thoughtful floor plan, homesite and streetscape.

Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre mixed-use community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School, as well as Roper Saint Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and will become home to more than 1500 families. Eight of the region’s top homebuilders are now onboard, offering new Village homes starting in the $300s and Riverside custom homes starting in the $500s.
