If you haven’t yet discovered the Mount Pleasant Farmers Market, then make this the week! It takes place every Tuesday afternoon (now through October 14) from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Moultrie Middle School on Coleman Boulevard, and it’s well worth the trip.
You’ll find delicious, fresh local fruits and vegetables, many picked just hours before you buy them. And the seafood – it’s so fresh it ought to be slapped! Add to that all kinds of baked and canned goods, fresh-cooked meals, delicious snacks and more and you’ve got a treat for the senses that’s a great way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny Tuesday afternoon.
