Carolina Park, Mount Pleasant’s newest master-planned community, announced today that three model homes are now open for viewing. Currently, a total of six homes are under construction, and the 1,700-acre development has begun selling new homes. To date, interest has been extremely high and sales are off to a brisk start.

Ryland Homes has two model homes open and three homes under construction and available for sale. David Weekley Homes has one model home open and two homes under construction and available for sale. Between the two builders, 10 new homes are already under contract.
