Carolina Park Development has announced the newest addition to its highly regarded team of quality homebuilders. Structures Building Company, which has been creating quality custom homes in the Lowcountry since 1999, brings the number of builders at Carolina Park to seven.

Structures Building Company will be creating custom homes in Riverside at Carolina Park, where new custom homes are situated on larger one quarter to one half acre sized lots and priced from the $500s. While every Structures home will be crafted from the finest materials and offer a long list of outstanding features and options, perhaps the most important aspect Structures will offer is their “HouseSimple” approach. This program, intended to simplify the custom home building process, allows homebuyers to start by choosing from a collection of house plans designed specifically for Carolina Park, then tailor that plan to meet their particular wants and needs.
