Historic Preservation at McLeod Plantation

Continuing its surging growth pattern, a large new neighborhood in northern Mount Pleasant reported that first quarter sales bested forecasts. Highlighting just how quickly the Charleston area's population is increasing, the Census Bureau said Mount Pleasant was the nation's ninth-fastest-growing large city in 2013.
