Carolina Park Development has announced the newest addition to its highly regarded team of quality homebuilders. Structures Building Company, which has been creating quality custom homes in the Lowcountry since 1999, brings the number of builders at Carolina Park to seven.

“Structures Building Company is a perfect fit for Carolina Park and for our builder team,” says Brian Keels, Carolina Park Marketing Director. “Steve Kendrick and his people have earned a reputation for building exceptional homes and providing exceptional service. Those two things are at the top of our list when it comes to selecting our builders.”

Structures Building Company will be creating custom homes in Riverside at Carolina Park, where new custom homes are situated on larger one quarter to one half acre sized lots and priced from the $500s. While every Structures home will be crafted from the finest materials and offer a long list of outstanding features and options, perhaps the most important aspect Structures will offer is their “HouseSimple” approach. This program, intended to simplify the custom home building process, allows homebuyers to start by choosing from a collection of house plans designed specifically for Carolina Park, then tailor that plan to meet their particular wants and needs.

“We’re very pleased to be part of the Carolina Park builder team,” said Kendrick, Structures Building Company founder. “We love what they’re doing here, and I think we’re an excellent compliment to the other builders on the team. We also think our HouseSimple design and building process will be very attractive to Carolina Park customers. It’s a method that makes it easier for people to buy not just a house but the custom home of their dreams.”

Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre family oriented mixed-use residential and commercial community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School as well as Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and will eventually become home to more than 1,700 families. Seven of the region’s top homebuilders are now onboard, offering new homes starting in the $300s and custom homes in the Riverside neighborhood starting in the $500s.
