MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Carolina Park, one of the Southeast’s premier master planned residential developments, has announced the opening of two new phases in The Village and a third phase of custom homes in Riverside.

“It’s a little unusual to introduce three new phases simultaneously,” said Brian Keels, Marketing Director for Carolina Park. “But the truth is, we’re responding to demand. Our earlier phases have sold out very quickly, and homebuyers seem more eager than ever to become part of our community and call Carolina Park home.”

The two new phases in The Village will feature charming, Lowcountry-inspired single-family homes built along tree-lined streets and are located within walking distance of the community’s most popular amenities. Homebuilders Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Saussy Burbank and FrontDoor Communities will be the exclusive builders in these new phases.

“The diverse variety of home types, along with our new townhomes and cottage-style homes, make The Village a very attractive opportunity for all kinds of homebuyers.” said Keels. “From first-time buyers to families looking to move up into a larger home to empty-nesters seeking single-level living, The Village has something to suit everyone’s needs.”

The latest phase of custom home construction is also underway in Carolina Park’s Riverside neighborhood. Nestled on a private peninsula of land bordered by permanently protected natural areas, Riverside’s newest phase will offer some of the most private home sites available anywhere in Mount Pleasant while featuring a distinctive collection of meticulously crafted luxury homes.

“When you combine the natural setting and larger lot size with the quality of architecture and caliber of construction, it’s safe to say these homes will be among the most desirable in the Charleston area,” said Haley Cuzzell, Community Sales Manager. “Every home will back up to either a pond, a natural area or preserved wetlands. It’s a breathtaking setting for what promises to be a remarkable neighborhood.”

Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property already incorporates Wando High School, Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital, and three churches, and will soon be home to Mount Pleasant’s newest EMS/Fire Station, public library, and in 2017, its newest elementary school. Featuring homes from nine of the region’s top homebuilders, prices start in the $300s with custom homes in the Riverside neighborhood priced from the $500s to more than $1 million.
